Cressida Carr is passionate about pattern and colour, so textile design was an obvious career choice after graduating with a first-class honours degree in surface decoration.

I’m an illustrator, surface designer and educator based in Atlanta, GA. I live with my boyfriend and our three rescue kitties, who very often make it into my art, especially the two black cats.

I feel very comfortable creating art for kids, because I'm really a kid at heart. I love cute animals and bright colors. I find it particularly satisfying to distill complex concepts into simple shapes that are stylized but easily recognizable.

Darya Karenski is a professional textile designer and painter based in the Boston area, Massachusetts. She is a highly versatile artist who creates both traditional and digital designs. While her favorite medium is watercolor painting, she has tapped into every possible kind of fabric design creation and greatly enjoys the multitude of all the topics and media. She enjoys including less-explored motifs and non-traditional colors in her artwork as well as playing with classics.

Camilla Laub has 30 years of experience in the creative industry. She has always loved coloring and being creative as far back as she remembers. Most kids draw, but she just kept going. Finishing high school, she drew non-stop to advance for the entrance exam of one of our country's finest design schools.

Markéta is a surface pattern designer based in Zürich. Her passion is creating charming patterns and illustrations with a touch of magic. From an incredibly early age, her parents encouraged her to draw and paint with watercolors. Her mother showed and taught her various textile crafting techniques like embroidery, bobbin lace, and sewing. Her father, on the other hand, could draw anything she asked for without looking at a reference. It felt natural to her to choose a creative path.

Eva St. Clair is a co-founder of Princess Awesome and its Chief Creative Officer. She sources all of the art for the company, working with over a hundred designers to bring unique, nerdy, whimsical, and most of all, stereotype-busting clothing to folks who just want to wear clothes that reflect their personalities and interests. 

Hi there! I am Meghan from Kansas, where I am a mom and an artist. I have a degree in Visual Communication and I was a graphic designer in a marketing agency for over 6 years. I started my studio Lathe & Quill in 2017 to embrace my eclectic curiosity. Since then I have found a love of drawing animals, dinosaurs, flowers, and space themes; and transforming the illustrations into detailed patterns.
