It's Rebecca! Yes, we are still really tiny and Rebecca is the one manning (womanning?) the phone and e-mail system. She's usually around weekdays from 9 am - 3 pm EST. She does her best to respond as quickly as possible, but with little kids and a factory to run, sometimes it will take her a couple hours to write back. We do our best to answer the phone - email is always better since small children may have hidden the phone in a toy pirate ship, set it to silent, and changed the language settings to Greek. Not that that has ever happened before.
Our stock ships from Chicago, Illinois. Our business offices are in Silver Spring, Maryland, and Washington, DC, our nation's capital.
You may return most new, unwashed items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay U.S. return shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll also pay international return shipping costs. Restocking and reshipping fees may apply to purchases made using some special promotions.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Standard USPS shipping to anywhere in the domestic U.S. is $6.50 per package. Domestic orders over $100 ship for free. Shipping to Canada is $12 per package, and to anywhere else in the world is $18 per package.
International Customers: Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by customs agencies. The customer is responsible for the cost of customs, duties, or taxes. We do not control these fees and they vary by country.
