We have a press kit available upon request. We are always happy to appear on podcasts or webinars (especially those hosted by students), and we're delighted to share our experiences with other fellow entrepreneurs.
Because we're home with kids and running Princess Awesome at the same time, we're not able to answer calls when they come in. But we are really good at checking e-mail. If you need help with something or want to speak with one of us on the phone, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your question and phone number, and we'll get back to you as soon as we have a quiet moment.
You may return most new, unwashed items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay U.S. return shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll also pay international return shipping costs. Restocking and reshipping fees may apply to purchases made using some special promotions.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Domestic exchanges are always free! We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.
Standard USPS shipping to anywhere in the domestic U.S. is $9.95 per package (less for jewelry/accessory-only packages). Domestic orders over $100 ship for free. Shipping to Canada is $19.95 per package, and to anywhere else in the world (except Russia, the UK and the EU) is $34.95 per package. Unfortunately, due to regulations in the UK and the EU, we are unable to ship packages to customers there at this time.
International Customers: Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by customs agencies. The customer is responsible for the cost of customs, duties, or taxes. We do not control these fees and they vary by country.
