Meet B, An Awesome Princess!*

You’ve probably seen our little awesome Princess* B - she is the fabulous and adorable model for our Pirates, Starry Night, and Trucks - Kerpow! dresses.

Why is B one of our models? Because she is one of the girls who inspired us to start Princess Awesome - a girl full of imagination with a broad range of interests.

B loves, loves, LOVES to draw, color, and write. “We have to keep many envelopes, tape, scissors, and glitter on hand at all times,” says her mother. “She writes letters to school friends and makes cards constantly. I ended up buying an entire box of computer paper because she goes through it so fast.” B’s subject matter ranges from the natural (trees, flowers, rocks, animals) to the fantastical (fairies, dragons), and sometimes she combines the two:

B has twin older brothers, who, despite being super cool 8-year-old third graders, happily play stuffed animal veterinarians with B. All three kids enjoy the outdoors, particularly watching deer and skipping stones in the creek. They all play Minecraft and Legos. She does crafts with her brother who shares her interest in art, and catches critters with her animal-loving brother. They all ride bikes and scooters together, and here they are dressed as superheroes for Halloween a few years ago:

B also loves to wear jewelry and headbands, and especially beautiful dresses. Her closet is chock-a-block with Zulily finds (and Princess Awesome originals). Her favorite colors are pink, purple, red, and blue. She loves to dance (takes ballet, jazz, and tap) and is a star soccer player.
