Allow us to make an introduction.
Friends, meet awesome customer Tiffany, and her daughter, Elise.
Tiffany and Elise, may we present to you the awesome Princess Awesome community?
We love getting to know our amazing customers from all across the country (and the world!), and we thought you might like to get to know them, too.
We asked Tiffany to tell all of us a little more about her awesome daughter. Here’s what she said:
Vital Stats:
Name: Elise
Nickname: Leesie, Leesie Lou
Age: 4.5
Favorite joke: She has recently learned the knock-knock joke involving an interrupting cow. (For reference….Knock-knock/Who is there?/Interrupting Cow/Interrupting Cow…./MOO!) We’ve modified it to include other animals, trains and our family members.
What she loves to do: Listen to music, dance, play with cars, trains and her stuffed animals. Her favorite stuffed animal is a little blue cat named ‘Figaro’ and there is a running soap opera in our house involving Figaro and her friends. Figaro also loves to travel and accompanies our family on our many adventures.
The last thing she did that made you laugh: Elise is constantly making up songs for her band ‘Chicken Wing’. Her songs typically involve lyrics like “Yeah! Lets have fun! Everyone is the best!” She also enjoys doing cover songs by Paul McCartney (her favorite!!!), Talking Heads and Glass Animals. A favorite story about her: Elise has recently discovered math – adding and subtracting. For my husband and I (who both happen to be engineers), this is awesome – but it distracts her from dinner. We’ve actually had to tell her “stop adding and start eating your pork chop!” Definitely one of those sentences you’d never thought you’d have to say as a parent!
Her (or your) favorite Princess Awesome dress: The Pi dress. As an engineer, I’ve been celebrating Pi day before it was popular - and as soon as we were able, we taught Elise about Pi as well. Elise will wear her dress, and I will wear the scarf to be ‘twins’. The colors and pattern really make it fun to be a bit nerdy
