More than 100 years ago, suffragists across the United States celebrated the ratification of the 19th Amendment to the Constitution, giving women the right to vote. And the fight did not end there - many decades of campaigning and protest passed before women of color achieved unimpeded access to exercising this right.
We honor their commitment to fighting for us, their daughters and granddaughters, with this special limited release dress designed with our own daughters in mind. We are raising our girls to look forward to the day when they will make their voices heard via the ballot box. Our twirly star-spangled skirt with pockets is perfectly patriotic matched with a red bodice. Just like her mom, she'll proudly sport her Election Day "sticker" - reminding everyone that she is the future of the United States of America.
Made in Chicago, Illinois. 95% cotton, 5% spandex jersey. About our factories.
